西媒称，根据4月19日相关的一项预测结果显示，超市连锁店DIA在2019年的第一季度，净亏损在1.4亿至1.5亿欧元之间。

在这项预测公布之后，超市连锁店的报价在4月22日交易日开盘时下跌接近3％，但在之后反弹到1.7％左右。 因此，DIA超市目前的股价维持在56欧分左右。

在发给国家证券市场委员会（CNMV）的一份声明中，DIA超市表示自2019年开始，其净销售额下降幅度在4.3％至9.9％之间，即介于161.5万至171.5万之间。

季度业绩的增长统计反映出3月份DIA销售额的恶化程度远高于1月和2月：第三个月的下降幅度为7.9％，而1月份为1.6％， 2月份为3.2％，

而根据这一结果的初步预测（官方数据将于5月14日公布），2019年1月至3月期间DIA超市所记录的净利润恶化，负值为1.7至1.8亿欧元。

该集团负责人将这种下降趋势归因于“各店面销售的不确定性”对供应商公司产生的“负面影响”，而这些因素已经促使供应商收紧了他们的供货条件，但这又使很多仓库和商店的“库存”受到影响，导致了各大超市的销售额继续下降。

事实上，DIA超市自2018年底以来一直处于解散（技术破产）的边缘。因为其盈利状况一直呈现为负净值，因此为了避免被迫进入破产或清算，超市必须尽快扭转这种情况，并在不到一个月的时间内转亏为盈。

为了恢复这种平衡，DIA超市的董事会认为，目前超市的唯一选择是其最大股东俄罗斯大亨Mijaíl Fridman通过LetterOne公司（LetterOne是一家总部位于卢森堡的投资公司集团。）提出的建议，增资5亿欧元。而增资有两种方式：收购或与银行签订债权协议。

DIA超市近日告知监管机构，它已与金融机构达成协议，将9.12亿欧元的信用额度期限延长至5月31日，这意味着DIA拥有了多一个月的期限（最初协议规定为4月30日），而银行谈判的同时，LetterOne也还在继续等待是否收购计划可以提前完成。
